A Vintage sweetheart brooch thought to be 1930's featuring horseshoes, hearts and a shamrock, stamped STERLING SILVER forms the centrepiece to this unique necklace. I have made the necklace with FRESHWATER PEARLS. The focal point measures 3cms long with the necklace measuring 16” long with an additional 1.5” STERLING SILVER extension chain with heart shaped links for versatility of length up to 17.5* The piece will be presented in an organza drawstring bag with descriptive card of authentication, perfect for giving or to keep. Only ONE in the world!
My passion is to re-purpose once loved vintage and antique jewellery, largely found in and around Cornwall marrying with sterling silver, gemstones, pearls and sometimes sea glass creating new pieces to treasure. The stunning coastline and the flora and fauna of the county is a source of inspiration, not to mention the myth and legend surrounding the county, together with tales of smugglers and pirates in bygone days. Each unique design is created in my studio close to the sea in Mevagissey.
