We have hand enamelled a striking Seahorse Pendant finished with a glitter glaze for watery effect. The pendant has a STERLING SILVER Bail and is hung on a STERLING SILVER 18” Curb Chain.
Total length of the pendant and bail is 4cms. The pendant is presented boxed with a descriptive note and packaged in Cornish themed wrapping paper (included in price).
Many cultures associate the SEAHORSE with the Sea Gods symbolizing STRENGTH and POWER. Sailors often carry seahorse charms for luck.
The seahorse is the only creature having a true ‘reversed’ pregnancy where the female transfers her eggs to the male. 50+ types of seahorse have been found worldwide. Seahorses are currently under threat for a variety of reasons. More information is available on ‘The Seahorse Trust’ website.
